Accessibility
Welcome. We’re glad you’re here!
ADA-accessible seats are available at our concert halls. ADA seats are intended for use by a person using a mobility device such as a wheelchair or scooter and the person/people accompanying them. ADA-accessible seats can be purchased online or by calling the PBO box office at 503-222-6000 during business hours.
People who use other kinds of mobility devices or with service animals can select ADA seating but may also wish to explore other seating options. Call the box office to discuss your needs and make arrangements. We are happy to discuss what to expect and assign someone to support you.
- Sanctuary Hall Access
- ADA access to the main sanctuary is the main entrance on Park Street and then via the elevator from the first floor to the main sanctuary on floor 2.
- Please contact us at 503-222-6000 for questions and assistance with wheelchair seating.
- **Please note that there are no elevators to the balcony level. Therefore, those who are mobility impaired or have difficulty with stairs should select seating on the main floor.

- Kaul Auditorium Access
- Passenger Drop-off: Patrons may be dropped off at the entrance to Kaul Auditorium via Botsford Drive. From 28th Ave, enter Botsford Drive, take the last right at the end, pass under a portico, unload in front of Kaul, then the driver should turn around and park in the West Parking lot.
- Parking: The closest parking lot to Kaul Auditorium is the West Parking lot. There are six ADA parking spaces.
 - Two Ways to get to Kaul from the West Parking Lot - Outside: Take the path that leads from the parking lot alongside the right of the performing arts building. Continue until you clear the building and find Kaul Auditorium to your left.
- Inside: Proceed into the Performing Arts Building. Take the elevator to the 3rd floor and exit back outside through the glass doors. The front entrance to Kaul will be ahead and to the left.
